Dr. Charles Starr opened Starr Spine Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2019, but has rebranded to: “Starr MFR PT & Wellness” in August of 2025.

His practice was founded from the desire to offer patients a holistic, one-on-one style of optimal healing. This new location and clinic image creates a quiet, calm environment to provide a unique therapeutic experience in.
